END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

--- IMPORTANT - READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY ----

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") (hereafter referenced as

"Agreement")

is a legal agreement between you and V.Kapara&N.Krasnenko&V.Valsenko for

the V.Kapara&N.Krasnenko&V.Valsenko software product,

which includes computer software and may include associated media,

"Agreement")

is a legal agreement between you and V.Kapara&N.Krasnenko&V.Valsenko for

the V.Kapara&N.Krasnenko&V.Valsenko software product,

which includes computer software and may include associated media,

printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("PRODUCT" or

"SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

By installing, copying, or using the PRODUCT in other ways, you agree to be

bounded by

the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do

not install

or use the PRODUCT. If the PRODUCT was mailed to you, return the media

envelope,

UNOPENED, along with the rest of the package to the location where you

obtained it within

30 days from purchase.

---- SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE ---

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws

and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual

property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

--- GRANT OF LICENSE ---

This Agreement grants you the following rights:

SOFTWARE: you may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT

on your computer.

DISTRIBUTION: you should not distribute copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT

among third parties.

BACKUP COPIES: You may only store or install a copy of the

SOFTWARE PRODUCT for back up and/or archiving purposes.

To use more than one copy of SOFTWARE PRODUCT concurrently,

you should more licenses, one for each copy.

--- DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS ---

LIMITATIONS ON DISASSEMBLY, DECOMPILATION, AND REVERSE ENGINEERING:

you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE

PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly

permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

RENTAL: you may not lend, rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

TERMINATION: Without prejudice to any other rights, V.Kapara&N.Krasnenko&V.Valsenko may

terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and

conditions of this Agreement. In such event, you must

destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its components.

COPYRIGHT: All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT

(including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations and text

incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials,

and any copies

of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by V.Kapara&N.Krasnenko&V.Valsenko or

its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws

and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the

SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material. You may not

copy the printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

NO WARRANTIES: V.Kapara&N.Krasnenko&V.Valsenko expressly disclaims any

warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any

related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any

kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the

implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular

purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or

performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES: In no event shall V.Kapara&N.Krasnenko&V.Valsenko

or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever

(including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits,

business interruption, loss of business information, or any other

pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this

V.Kapara&N.Krasnenko&V.Valsenko product, even if V.Kapara&N.Krasnenko&V.Valsenko

has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or

limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,

the above limitation may not apply to you.

This Agreement is governed by Ukrainian law. Should you have any questions

Great time saver!

43 components and 2 main executables written in VB6, all inter-dependant on each other and with a strict build order. Our usual builds have previously involved a dedicated build machine and re-allocating a developer from the task of coding to manually create a new build, which could be troublesome and time consuming. ActiveMaker has now enabled us to create a new build, with all dependencies built in the correct order, and any discrepencies clearly displayed for manual troubleshooting in less than 5 minutes.. on any machine!

I have convinced my boss to purchase so hopefully with the added features of SourceSafe integration and scripting I will also be able to include my VB2005 solutions using MSBuild and make a command line call to my setup authoring tool for a complete solution ready to install. ALL FROM THE CLICK OF 1 BUTTON!!!
